Partner Release: Sarah Mains supports St. Oswald's Hospice through new partnership

Snowdog loving Residential Estate Agents, Sarah Mains has teamed up with us in a new charity partnership.

Sarah Mains has showed its support for St Oswald’s back in December 2016 when the company bought two Snowdog sculptures which were part of our 2016 Great North Snowdogs art trail. Their Whickham branch currently has the Snowdogs displayed in the shop window which are now valued members of the team.

Over the years, the staff at Sarah Mains have held various charity evenings and events to fundraise for St Oswald’s including a Bollywood themed Ball.

The Residential Estate Agents also supports St Oswald’s in many of their fundraising campaigns, such as our annual Light Up A life service. Sarah Mains displayed a memory tree in their Low Fell branch, giving customers a chance to remember a loved one by leaving a message and light on the memory tree.

This new partnership sees Sarah Mains further its involvement by actively promoting other services provided by the Hospice, such as the full House Clearance Service, with all proceeds supporting the charity’s work.

Company Director, Sarah Mains, said:

We are absolutely delighted to announce our partnership with St Oswald’s Hospice as our local charity of choice.  The work of the hospice is very close to our hearts and we are looking forward to promoting the fantastic work they do by supporting the organisation and getting involved in a variety of fundraising activities to help local adults, young people, children and babies with life limiting conditions.

Helen Alderson, Senior Fundraiser at St Oswald’s said:

We were thrilled that Sarah Mains has chosen us as its charity partner. Throughout the years they’ve been hugely supportive of us and we can’t wait to work more closely with them to make the most of our new partnership.
