Full Management Service

Our full management service allows you to leave the keys of your property with us and for us to completely take care of the whole lettings function, from assessing and complying with Health and Safety Law (gas certificates etc.), drafting full inventory documentation, sourcing and referencing tenants, completion of all legal agreements, transferring utilities, collection of rents and ongoing management of property condition / repairs etc.

For a relatively small monthly charge, this means that you can benefit from owning a property asset, but not have to worry about the headache of managing the many issues that come with being an "on call" landlord. Using Good Life Lettings means you're in safe hands.
